Did you know that when making wine, the hole in the side of the barrel, is actually called a bunghole. Yes it is pronounced BUNG-HOLE. The plug which plugs the hole, is called a bung which helps release different gasses, allowing the wine to properly age. I did not know that. Thank Mike Rowe and Dirty Jobs!

  2. Top Cat Moran taught the students of Catholic Central this fact. It prevents the spiders from entering the bunghole. Ha. Good meeting you in Vegas son.
